Food & Beverage Services and Hotel catering

WE TAKE COMPLETE CHARGE OF THE HOTEL CATERING SERVICE, in every respect:

We distinguish ourselves in taking particular care of cooking, presentation of the dishes and dining room service.

The Hotel invoices directly to its client (who therefore does not notice any difference with respect to the usual internal management of the kitchen). Periodically, Jobbing invoices the Hotel all the services provided, recognizing the Hotel the fee contractually agreed for the use of the facilities and kitchen equipment owned by the Hotel.



Jobbing takes care of the whole service, that is:

  • supervision and management of the Restaurant
  • recruitment and management of kitchen and dining room staff (chefs, cooks, barmen, dishwashers, maître d's and waiters)
  • foodstuffs
  • ordinary maintenance
  • utilities (electricity, gas, telephone) pertaining to the kitchen

WE DO NOT MANAGE CANTEENS AND DO NOT "PROVIDE MEALS". WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT MAKING HOTEL CATERING WORK.
